*****PLEASE UPDATE The Handy objects library To 6.2*****

LSGG Geneva Airport Switzerland‎. This is a new full rebuild with all starting gates added around the airport, lots of detail added so enjoy and remember it's free. Should look okay but if you see overlapping airport buildings just save and remove "Aerosoft LSGG Geneba" folder from your "custom scenery" folder.

Made for XP11 and XP10. I do not claim it's 100% accurate depiction of the actual airport but close. Enjoy IT'S FREE

PLEASE keep up to date with the library files needed due to objects are getting bigger and better. My sceneries may not use all these library files listed but it's best to have them installed

In custom scenery.

I deleted the scenary_pack.ini and launched X-plane, LSGG is perfect but without planes. Is this nomal?

Yes great piece of work especially for providing an airport without static option and a workable taxi route system for WT3.

It boots with errors, says there is no library BS2001. But it's installed!
As a result, there is practically no airport.

All libraries are new, but appears a message that the scenery can not be used!

Write a step-by-step instruction, I'm sure that I'm not alone.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: I speak my mind - everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I may critique rather harshly, but this is to point out room for improvement.

I live in Geneva so I use this scenery quite often. However, it is slightly outdated. The RWY numbers are incorrect and there is still the old grass runway that is now no longer in use. These are minor details but still need to be addressed. (Yes, I understand that the scenery hasn't been updated since 2017 - my point is that he should update it again with the changes in place)

The buildings are alright, but the panels are pretty low-res.

It has AutoGate integration - like pretty much any other scenery. I must point out a minor problem with them - on the satellites in real life, the gate pushes completely out the way so the plane can just taxi straight out, avoiding extra push-back tugs and making everything simpler and faster to handle. In this scenery, the gate just pushes back slightly, obliging you to either pushback (which is never done in real life) or to just taxi through the gate. Once again, it is a minor detail that probably doesn't change that much but it is very simple to just make the gate push back all the way, so I hoped that it would do so.

It integrates fine with Alps part 1 photoreal - A Sky Story , the most popular orthophoto scenery for the alps region. However, the grass areas in between taxiways and runways look horrible. THIS IS NOT TDG'S FAULT! It is just that way because the orthophoto is zoomlevel 17, which is low-res when on the ground. Just a warning - you might want to consider making your own airport tiles with Ortho4XP in ZL19 and then just replacing the tiles used in the skystory scenery in the airport.

It runs well, not too heavy on frames.

Verdict: I have used this scenery countless times. Best freeware LSGG but with room for improvement.

Working now. Some library content were deleted (?). Installed all new and it's fine. Thanks for this awesome Scenery!

Hi.

I love this fantastic scenery. But all though I feel I've installed all the extra plugins/packages I still miss some parts. Anyone have any idea what object it is I'm missing.

The details and support for autogate is awesome...

It seems to be an awesome scenery but I cannot see it, always the same error message :wacko: , missing libraries . I use overlay editor to try to fix it but no result. I'm desperate...

Just removed the payware to install this one, as it is more up-to-date. Although it is very good, I would love to have the below added to have it perfect:

- have the main terminal buildings a bit more grey, they are too white currently

- have the "real" control tower added, this is really the symbol of the Geneva airport (or at least having the current one colored black).

- Add the "Runway ahead" and "no entry" ground markings added. Just noticed that there are actually no such markings.... just the 05 - 23 marking... :-)

Thanks... I actually just purchased the payware version on Black Friday. Although not as shiny with all the bells and whistles as the payware, your version runs in 4k smoother on my system and is closer to being WT3 compliant than the payware. Thanks again for giving us a non-static option. Appreciate your efforts here big time. I deleted the payware off my system that's how much I like your work! Thank you!

Excellent scenery! Trying to fly to Geneva yesterday but there isn't a decent scenery of LSGG... Ha! And this pops up today lmao ;)
