Ticino, Switzerland.
LSZL Locarno is a combined military and civil airport located in Ticino Switzerland. The airport was inaugurated in 1939 with an air show, from 1941 all Swiss air force pilots start their flight training in Locarno. At this airport i obtained my PPL license in 1962 with a Cessna 150 CMS. This place reminds me so much my youth and the desire to fly. It is also a very important civil and military parachuting school. The scenery, made originally by Andreas Hegi in 2004 was for Microsoft Fightsimulator. It was converted for X-Plane in 2009 by Andreas for my personal use only. Since then i did a lot of rework, made over 250 photos to add and replace buildings and obj. that where not conform with the today situation. I have also added the City of Locarno and Ascona, all night lighting is new. All new obj. were created with SketchUp using photographs taken on site. The military vehicles and Pilatus PC 9 are from the original Hegi work.
Andreas Hegi has personally given me full permission to use all elements from his 2004 MSFS package with no restrictions in this scenery package .

The scenery does not need specific library as the obj. from above libraries are integrated into the obj. folder.
To avoid a conflict situation with the “ Global Airports “ inside the Custom Scenery keep the title “ @LSZL_Locarno_V10.41_F “ as it is, do not delete “@ “ !!
It has been tested with X-Plane V 10.41r3, but should also work with at least back to V9.8
